Wissam Adib—Founder
Wissam Adib has worked extensively with senior leaders and institutions across public and private sectors, supporting leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change.
Wissam was the Head of Institutional Management at The Executive Council, Dubai Government, where he played a key role in the high-level institutional and governance design of Dubai Government. There he led the establishment and transformation of several major Dubai Government entities, including the Dubai Health Authority, the Roads and Transport Authority, and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority.
Wissam also spent more than 12 years as an Advisor at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, where he was responsible for designing and supporting the transformation the machinery of Federal Government, including creating and implementing frameworks that drive government agility and innovation. He also oversaw cross-government policy and change programs related to government strategy, structure, and innovation.
Today, his work integrates psychodynamic insight, systems thinking, and practical leadership experience, informed by years of engagement with complex, high-accountability environments.
He writes and speaks regularly on leadership, organizational change, and the inner dimensions of authority.
